  • Responsible for analyzing service usage and revenue trend for marketing and sales based on focusing subscriber activity and service usage using SQL queries or OBIEE dashboard.
  • Good knowledge on RAS, FMS, TCG, Data warehouse and BI workflow.
  • Establishing and maintaining reconciliation processes to ensure end-to-end visibility of revenue streams/data accuracy
  • Ensure data integrity in all revenue impacting systems and ad hoc review of all rate tables within billing systems

  • Analysis of fraud case and facilitate immediate implementation of necessary control measure:
  • Research and analysis on the impact and possible fraud risk of new and upcoming technologies
